Açai Bowl!
Hello everyone!
I have been making this açai bowl the past few days and it is amaaazing & keeps me so full all day! It’s so simple and healthy!
All the ingredients needed! (Plus granola, fresh strawberries & cut up banana for toppings)
1/2 frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
Spoonful of peanut butter
Half a banana
Hand full of spinach
Almond milk - around 1/4 cup. Or however much is needed!
Protein powder, honey, other berries are other things that could be added.
Allll in the blender! 😋 (this was 2 serving sizes)
I promise you can’t mess this up! (also you can’t taste the spinach at all if that scares you)
Granola, fresh strawberries & banana for the best topping! (Also could add honey + coconut) This is so yummy and the best meal! Let me know if you try it and like it!!!
